This is a horrible company to order from!! J Crew easily takes your money but it is utter despair getting a return. J Crew won't take market place items back, yet collaborate with this company whose phone number is out of service and the company won't reply to email inquirers. I had to call J Crew several times asking them to reach out to the company. Finally, I got a return label and now I am calling pleading asking to help me reach the company to receive the refund from the item I mailed back. This is a horrible company and I don't think I will try ordering any Marketplace items with J Crew; the customer service is greatly lacking.
