Limited-edition Monrowe™ X J.Crew lace-up sandals

This is a well made sandal. All leather, comfortable & nice details. Shoe seems to be a little big on length (10H) even for someone who takes a women's size 11. Width is incredibly comfortable for a quasi- wide foot. Really pretty shoe though it is missing the stitch detail on the brown leather on top... Goes with everything- very classic and interesting to wear. Definitely will go with JCrew's Long Tunic Cotton dress I have in black and in khaki. Buy these - they wont disappoint!

Waited for review to get this beautiful unique quality crafted sandal first hand is very very comfortable simply classy i got my on sale which makes it all good to even order extra after knowing the beauty and quality surprise is not selling super fast, if you’re sandal lover wait no more!!! won’t regret

The shoes are really pretty and worth the sale price. They have enough personality to increase your satisfaction over time. The sole is flat, but also leather-so beware if you have challenges with shoes lacking arch support . All in all-if you are drawn to this shoe, you should get it. It is exactly what you think it is: a shoe that is different w/o being wierd. Its the kind of shoe that will stay with you for years, as they adds a certain something to your your everyday summer outfits. As far as fit: I'd say these are a "medium" width (between b-c but NOT for a wide foot). Like another reviewer, my pair didn't have the topstiching on the dark brown top leather piece (like the photo shows).

I have been watching these shoes for months but was hesitant to buy them because of the price and my not so satisfactory past history with buying ANY type of shoes in from J Crew. These sandals are amazing. The quality if first rate. And most importantly they are very comfortable. They fit true to size. I definitely would recommend these sandals.

I typically wear a 9.5 in J.Crew trainers and 10s in boots and winter-wear. I opted for a 10 here and they fit great. The leather laces feel a little fragile and the footbed is firm, so these may not be great for prolonged walking. Unfortunately the great seaming detail around the brown leather piece was missing from the shoes I received, and I feel that makes them look cheaper. It is understandable when colors are a bit off in product photos, but major design elements should not be. I do appreciate that the bow is sewn in place so that it will not come undone.

I honestly held out on purchasing these because I’ve purchased other JCrew sandals that had leather soles similar to these and they were unbearable. I couldn’t”t see paying full price for an uncomfortable shoe. They went on sale so I took a chance as I didn’t feel as though I would loose much. These sandals are amazing! The quality is top notch and they were made in Italy (it shows). The design is unique and they were created by a black designer! I am a true 7.5 narrow. Despite what a prior reviewer said these work well with narrow feet. In actuality a narrow foot might work best for this shoe especially over time. The chances of stretching out the leather straps that go across the top is less likely. I’m very happy with this purchase as well as the straw hat created by the same designer. I’m not sure how comfortable they will be, but I’ll be cute! For the sale price I can live with it. I highly recommend.
