Classic small saddle bag in leather

I so disagree with the negative reviews -- I love this little bag! The leather has a rigid-structure and mellow-gloss (not pebbled as in the description), and the indigo tonal-stripe lining is a gorgeous combo with the dark brown. I've been using it almost daily since I got it a couple of months ago, and aside from some fingernail scuffing to the finish from opening the flap, it looks as-new. It has nice details, like the topstitched strap that wraps around the bottom. It's a tight squeeze to fit everything I need, but I knew that from its description. My thoughts on this are so different from the others, it makes me wonder if there were different lots made.

I’m a J Crew super fan but this purse is low quality and after few times it’s falling apart.

I received this small bag last Saturday. I feel disappointed because it is cheap leather with this price...
