January 3, 2019I was conflicted about getting these or the Vintage Straight Jeans in Star Print - both are SO cute, but there is a big fit difference. These demi boot jeans are cropped and flared at the hem, and are fitted in the thigh and butt. They do stretch out some during the day (due to elastane; I purchased my normal size 28, I'm 5'3" 125 lbs), but not enough to effect the waist fit. They are comfy, flattering and the dark blue (?) stars both on the front & back add that little something extra that makes them different. In comparison, the Vintage Straight in Star Print is a looser boyfriend-style fit, and the cut creates sort of a "lower" butt appearance (due to lower pockets) - they also have whitish or silver stars that sort of look like splattered paint from afar. Depending on what kind of cut you're looking for, both jeans are adorable!
