Slim boyfriend jean in Ridgefield wash

Really love this pair of jeans! The 99% cotton feels nice and looks high quality- they do not bag out too much with wear during the day (though they do run a little big, imho). I am normally a size 28/29 and I got these in a 28, they fit great! They stretch out just enough to be comfortable, but still hold their shape. Love!!

I am over the moon thrilled these are on sale. I was hesitant to order them because of the review that highlighted the light marks by pockets. I figured I could take a chance and cover it over large slouchy sweater as a final sale item. So not necessary! The light marks are not noticeable and actually appears to give it a subtle broken in look. I just ordered 2 more of these to stock up. I love the darker dressier color of this denim to pair with a beautiful blouse or cashmere sweater in the fall. I am so over skinny jeans, ripped & vagrant, cropped and flood water ready lengths, boot cut of another era and ridiculously wide ones too! These are such classic jeans. I’m still amazed that they are on sale. Thank you to the other 5 star reviewers, they really are perfect in every way. Fits true to size.

These jeans were not “boyfriend” fit on me at all, I’m usually a 6-8, ordered the size 29 for extra room and they weren’t tight, but they fit just right if I wanted just a regular pair of straight legs. Not what I was hoping for, but they were on sale so not too disappointed.

Took a chance and bought on sale which I rarely do with J Crew pants/jeans due to swings in sizing. First off, the color on the pair I received is significantly different than the photo. They are on the light side with a plain wash- no whiskering/nuances to it. This style was shorter than the 28” listed and fit oddly. The shortness combined with a bit of a flair at the bottom is notably different than photos/description. Definitely not flattering. I took a chance by buying on sale and cannot return. Take note: unless you’ve ordered these before with success, you may be surprised by the fit/color when you get them.

I have a 2018 broken in slim bf that I love. These are almost the same. I'm petite 5'1" and short waisted and I still prefer the regular length. This version has a little larger leg opening, maybe slightly looser in the leg and waist, and a little heavier weight fabric. I wanted a darker version. I still got the same size as my other ones, 26, and they fit as expected. They stretch out a bit after wear, but I expected that, too, for a bf fit. I do still prefer the 2018 version; it's one of my favorites.

I don’t think these jeans are cut very well. Maybe that’s why they were discontinued.
