CHEAP JUNK - DO NOT BUY
April 3, 2020There weren’t any reviews when I bought this and the posting didn’t say it was the locket only. When it arrived, I was annoyed that there was no necklace, and if that wasn’t bad enough, the locket was scratched and looks cheaply made. With quarantine, I have been unable to get to post office to return it and now I’m stuck with it. VERY UNHAPPY!! Unlikely to shop at jcrew again. There are many other options out there with better return policies and way better quality. It’s disappointing how much the brand has slipped in the last couple of years.

November 11, 2018Misrepresented on the web - looks like it comes as a necklace, not just a charm. The locket itself is a shiny gold that is lightweight and chintzy. Annoying.

Beware - Does not include chain as pictured!
October 7, 2018I have now ordered this twice. The first time it came without the chain I figured that I missed something so I called and was told that it definitely should have come with the chain as pictured and they would send a replacement. The replacement came and... you guessed it ... no chain. This is for the locket only. I now have the pleasure of sending another return. The locket itself is fair - both were floating around in a box with no protection so they have scratches to the finish. The clasp to hook to the chain seems substantial and well made.
