Fringy sweater

This top is poorly made. I tried it on straight out of the packaging and the yarn was stiff and the tassels were creased and funny-looking. In addition, the stitches are so loose that you can see any color undergarments underneath. I should have sent it back, but I thought that a gentle hand-wash might help. Big mistake. It shed everywhere and I have been picking bits of yellow fluff off of all my things for days.

I was skeptical about this one especially since it was a final sale. However, I received it and it is SO cute! Looks fabulous with some skinny jeans and a loafer. I am 105 lbs and 5'2 and I bought xxs (which is my normal jcrew size) and it fits great. I am pretty sure this will become one of my wardrobe favorites.

Cute, but am returning. When it arrived I was so excited to see. I pulled it on immediately over a black cotton tank I had on at the time. when I took it off, my whole tank top was completely white with lint. I sized down (I'm 5'2" 108lbs) because previous reviewers said this ran BIG. Usually I'm in XS in most JCrew clothes. So I purchased a XXS. This was very short in my opinion. Like my sweaters a little longer; to hit at the hips or maybe a bit over. But this one felt short on, even for a short person like me. I'm not sure if I would have sized up if it'd be longer?? But I'm sending it back. I just thought it'd be better quality and a decent length. Sad, because I was really looking forward to receiving.

I love this piece. So summery and light! Lovely paired with denim shorts. I hope the tassels hold up when washed.

The sweater looked like it fit loose online but when I received it thef fit was rather bulky the fringe is also a bit rough but it has a boxy look not at all like the models original fit in the catalog
