Universal Standard for J.Crew Cupro layering tank dress

I LOVE this dress. The cut, the way it hangs and the weight of the fabric is perfect. I’m a 6/8 and usually purchase a small or medium. I don’t like my clothing too fitted and I wanted this to be loose, so I ordered a medium in this. I was a tad worried after reading the reviews about it running small, but the fit is pretty loose in my opinion. I can see myself layering this with tees and long sleeves come fall. Maybe a turtleneck in the winter? The options are endless.

It's cut too small/straight through the body, so size up if you're curvy. But when you size up, you'll have to have it tailored because the top/straps are ENORMOUS. Really bad fit across the board in this collection, and pretty shocked since it came in collab with Universal Standard who's bread and butter is designing for people J.Crew tends to ignore.

I love this dress. I am a mom of six and comfort is my main priority. But I also want to be fashionable. This dress does this effortlessly. Its loose but not bulky, sits well on the body, and is just the right length I am 5"7. Highly Recommend!

This dress is more than I hoped for, it is soft and flowy. I’m short 5’3” and it hits me in the perfect spot. The size chart worked perfect for my usual Universal Standard sizing. Please make this in more colors and with pockets!
