Already corroding
March 6, 2022I received this in the mail just yesterday, and the pendant already has brassy spots all over the front and back of it. Disappointing. I took a chance despite reading about the same issue in another review.

What a disappointment!
February 28, 2022JCrew jewelry is usually top-notch. Over the years, I've bought so many bracelets and earrings. The older ones are still polished and look lovely. But this disc arrived all speckled with brown spots! What is this?? I tried using a soft cloth to clean it, but no luck. How could anyone have boxed and shipped a defective item? Even though it's a "final sale", I believe I should get a refund. I've been a customer since the 80s and am very disappointed with this product. Not up to their usual standard.

January 8, 2021Bought this for a gift, had it engraved! All was great, until I flipped it over on the back! Whatever the engraver had on its plating plate is smudged on the back, like a fingerprint! Away, can’t return it because of the engraving! Gave it anyway, with an apologize to the person! Will know for next time!
