Great Bag, Poor Delivery
October 29, 2023The bag is great and as described. I’m rating it a four due to J.Crew not including a dust bag and packaging it poorly along with another item. Due to the horrible packaging the bag could have been scratched or damaged. I have never purchased leather goods online that were packaged so poorly and I am disappointed. If the details matter to you, skip the bag. My daughter has been purchasing items from a fast fashion brand and even they provide dust bags for their leather goods.

September 7, 2023This bag is really great - deep enough so that nothing falls out from the open top, and hangs at the perfect place on my hip - I’m 5‘4”. Getting tons of compliments on it and have only had it for a few days!
