This is cute but the crossbody strap should be longer

The bag is great and as described. I’m rating it a four due to J.Crew not including a dust bag and packaging it poorly along with another item. Due to the horrible packaging the bag could have been scratched or damaged. I have never purchased leather goods online that were packaged so poorly and I am disappointed. If the details matter to you, skip the bag. My daughter has been purchasing items from a fast fashion brand and even they provide dust bags for their leather goods.
