I live in these. The material is very good quality. The color does not fade with continual washing. I own black and navy and will buy more if other colors are available.

I loved these leggings initially and only tried them on when I got them. It wasn't until months later when I wore them again one time (no washing yet), the waist band wouldn't go back to shape. It would stretch and stay loose so the fit didn't look streamlined. Pretty disappointed by this. It wasn't a size issue either because on first try on, it was totally fine and fit great. Despite paying with a discounted sale price, it still didn't feel justifiable and it was too late to return/exchange.

I have these leggings from last year in three different colors and backups in black. This year I like the pocket addition so I got these in mediterranean navy. They fit perfectly, Im normally a small in sports wear and swim and these fit great and are super comfortable with light compression, excellent fabric- soft and no shine. Quality is very good too, all seams are flat and they wash very well. Love the high rise. I will be buying more if jcrew keeps on making these along with the matching sport bras, but I would like full length inseam next time
