This coat is SO great! I bought it for myself before Christmas and again after for my lovely friend's birthday! Coat is warm, cute and beautifully constructed! Styling is on trend and this coat is perfect for cool temps above zero! Runs a little small in the upper arm! Purchased XS and am able to layer underneath; usually wear sz. 4 in JC! Love it1

Stylish, warm and comfortable, however, it didn’t look brand new, disappointed, bought it at final sale...

I am really disappointed with this piece after reading so many glowing reviews. The quality is not up to the usual JCrew standards, for sure. The fabric is not at all soft, and it's very stiff and scratchy. The right side of the front of the coat hangs down lower than the left when snapped closed, and the back of the coat hangs awkwardly as if the lining wasn't sewn in properly. I don't mind the color, although I would have preferred that it was black and tan like the photos all showed. Sadly, I'm stuck with this ridiculous thing because it was a final sale and I can't return it. Guess I'll be giving it to my young nieces to play dress up with... Epic fail, JCrew.
