Love the fit but transparent

Based on reviews I sized up large. Usually a medium (34f). Very cropped but I like it that way. Beautiful.

I’m 5’2” and about 102 lbs. I usually wear XS or S in J.Crew tops, and I purchased this shirt in S. The shoulders fit me perfectly. I really like the scalloped edges along the sleeves and hem that follow the eyelet pattern. Combined with the cropped length, they give the shirt a very cute look. The fabric is neither too thick nor too thin, so I think it works well both outdoors in hot summer weather and indoors with strong A/C. My only issue was that the finishing on some of the edges was a little rough. There were several spots with loose or protruding fabric fibers, so I had to carefully trim them myself along the curved embroidered edges. Other than that, I really like the shirt.
