Fits true to size
Not for me
March 15, 2024Why do I buy linen tees? Every few years I forget and do it again. I liked the neckline on this one, but linen tees are always limp and itchy, like this shirt. I bought two, final sale, and one went straight into the donation bag because the color was so wrong. I wore the second one once and couldn't wait to take it off. Stick with cotton, folks!

August 31, 2023This shirt is amazing, it is true to size and super comfortable. You can dress it up or wear casually. It washes great and I hang dry. If you need a black tee, this is a great choice.

Positively Prickly
August 25, 2023I love J. Crew’s basics for everyday wear, so was excited to buy this linen blend tee in white. But I don’t think I’ll be wearing it much since it is SO itchy. It prickles against my skin. Runs slightly smaller than some of my other x-small items, but that’s fine since it’s designed to be form fitting. It will be a chore to wear if/when I do. Maybe it will improve with washing…

Great Stretch Linen Shirt
July 30, 2023JCrew went the extra mile making this linen shirt even more comfortable by adding stretch to it! Love the fit and the color choices. This will be on repeat wear for summer. For reference, I’m 5’0”, under 100 lbs and got size XS which fits perfect.

Relaxed t-shirt gets softer over time
July 23, 2023I’m not going to lie, this linen blend was a bit scratchy when new, but it gets softer after a few washes. I generally prefer a more tailored look, so this relaxed fit is better for weekends than for work (would not wear with a blazer). The fabric has a few slubs like most linen garments, and that’s part of the charm. The synthetic blend means that you don’t have to iron it.
