Super cute and trendy. Comfortable too. Only issue is the lace keeps coming undone at the top... makes for an easy slip on and off bootie though.

So I receive a note in my email from J. Crew when ever I make a purchase, always entitled, "Did you Love it?" Well, with these boots it is an emphatic YES!!!!! I always like fashion when it is designed with a sense of wit. To that end, these boots are perfect! A hiking boot style fashioned with checks and black patent leather...even the zipper on the side!! To my thinking J. Crew, you hit it out of the park! Congrats!!

These boots are better than I could have imagined. They are super comfy. The crepe sole makes them feel like sneakers. The heal is wide enough you don't notice you are walking on a heal. They are true to size. I usually take a 7.5 or 8 med. I purchased an 8 and have enough room to wear a pair of warm socks, which is what I like to do in the colder weather. I have received SO MANY compliments on them (got the checkered pattern). I may go back and get them in black, as they are so comfy and one can always use black shoes.

These boots are very comfortable. They feel like flats because the heal is wide and the sole is so soft and flexible. They have a zipper on the side to make getting in and out of them easy, and you can adjust the tightness with the laces. This is good if one foot is bigger than the other, which is the case for me. It also lets you adjust the boots if you want to wear thick socks on a cold day. They look wonderful with the color block sweater (fake fur collar off) and slightly cropped/short pants. They are very unusual and add a vintage touch to whatever you are wearing. Great find, especially when on sale! I get almost all of my clothes from J Crew. Everyone tells me how nicely I dress. I was even told the other day that I look like a china doll! Thank you J Crew!

Saw this boot on sale and I was sold. This is a unique boot I know I will reach for whenever I want to glam up my relaxed look. Good quality and comfortable. Purchased my normal size 10. Jcrew always gets it right.

These came in time for the first truly fall like day. I was on the fence when ordering them and when I opened the box it was love at first sight. These boots are easy to get on, true to size, good heel height and comfortable. The fabrication is of good quality. I wore them with a dark rinse skinny jean and flared sleeve grey sweater and felt like I should be going on a stroll in downtown London. Fun shoes!
