4" chino short with scalloped hem

Jcrew!!! Keep this in mind for the future!! The rise, the cut, the fit. Perfect. Long enough to be age appropriate but still cute because of the scallops, I took my regular size, as there is a bit of stretch to these - but they aren’t thin so that’s amazing.

As someone with a smaller waist and more athletic thighs and butt, finding shorts that fit without a gap or fanny squishing can be nearly impossible! These shorts are well made, fit me perfectly in the waist without gapping. Plus, the higher rise is really flattering and the cut leaves plenty of room in the legs and butt so nothing is taught or constrictive. The material actually flares away at the legs, making them comfy to sit in too. Plus, the length is perfect. Definitely not a short short but not matronly either.
