Kids' cashmere jogger pant

I purchased the first pair of these for our daughter Dec 25th. I own myself quite a few cashmere pants and I love the comfort, warmth and durability. I immediately jumped on the wagon to buy her a second pair after a few weeks of use as she loved the comfort and warmth of cashmere. I also bought my son 2 pairs even. Needless to say week 3 the first hole appeared in the back pocket of all places ( you don't even sit down at this area), then the bigger hole appeared right under the crotch. I mended those as hoped for the best, another bigger hole made its appearance today. She wears them to school and not for gym. I hardly believe they tested those before starting selling them. I contacted them and they want me to return the item to examine it even though I sent them photos. It is our daughters' favorite trousers (besides the holes) so our kid will be disappointed if I sent them back. Poor customer support:(

I love to dress my children in natural fibers, especially wool. Wool can sometimes be itchy, but this is so soft. Even my very sensitive younger boy said these are "not furry" like his other wool. I bought these for my tall, lanky 5 year old boy. They are long enough for him. They fit in the waist but are loose on him (but most pants are, so I'd say these are just slightly larger than true to size). The rise is really high for some reason, but I love them.

For reference: 5'1" 96 lbs These pants are amazing! soft, warm, stylish. They hit perfectly at my ankle. I'm not sure if they are a practical article of clothing for kids, but as an adult, I will wear these all through the winter! My wardrobe just got a major upgrade. P.S. I bought both colors I liked them so much!
