Girls' pull-on terry cloth short

Bought these shorts for my daughter. When they came very thin and huge. Very disappointed with this purchase!!!!!! I always love JCrew quality but this is very bad quality!!!!!!

Such a shame- the material is so thin compared to previous years :-(

Can we please return to number sizing?? Or possibly a size range, like 8-10, 10-12, etc. The S/M/L sizing is not accurate. Ordered a large for my daughter and they're BIG! I'll save them for next year, I guess. Bit frustrated. Quality and colors are nice.
