Girls' summer-weight cotton joggers

Less than a month of infrequent wear and washing and there are already two holes near the back of the elasticized waist. Soft, comfortable, but very poor quality. Why can't they get this right? This is t-shirt material. JCrew t-shirts used to last forever. What's happened to the product?

We got two sets for my daughter and loved them. But only after 1 week of normal wear there’s already a hole on the knee! Such horrible quality. Unbelievable.
