Unexpected nightmare
June 18, 2025I bought this dress for my girl along with the same dress same colour for myself in adult session while the sale started. Most sizes are available at that times. I received mine long ago and i was patiently waiting for the dress for my girl. I received an email today from jcrew and said sorry the dress is sold out thus will refund to your card. I was like why such things happened to me since i bought it long ago and what am I gonna do with my dress the I bought it to pair with. I can’t return it. Jcrew really screwed up and upset me.
