Pretty Spring Dress

Terrible customer service
March 20, 2024Not fit true to size. Their online sizing is completely off. My daughter is 8. I ordered size 10. And it was very tight at the waist area and very short, way above knee length. She can’t even wear it as a dress. The j.crew associate at the cherry creek mall at Denver CO was very rude about it. Very poor customer service when it’s jcrew’s fault for wrong sizing and fit. Now we end up with a dress that she can’t wear.
