Girls' ribbon-sash dress with tulle skirt

This dress is adorable on, even in it's simplicity. The fabric is a beautiful cotton, that's lined and has a sheen to it, making it more formal than casual. The tulle skirt is only a top layer, over a cotton skirt, so the only fabric against the skin is cotton. The dress hits below the knee (on both my flower girls, in a 3T & 4T). My only complaint is that the ribbon is not very long, so it's hard to tie a decent bow. I would have made the ribbon a few inches longer. However, it's detachable, so you could add whatever belt you wanted!
