Petite Plume^™ girls' Amelie short set

Purchased 2 pairs and nothing came in the mail, contacted customer service, they let me know that none of the Petite Plume pajamas are available to ship to Canada. No email was sent to let me know that these items cannot be purchased if you live in Canada or that my order was canceled. Poor website design to allow Canadian customers to purchase items not available to them as well as poor communication when something like this occurs.
