Girls' terry beach dress

... The head opening is super small! My three year old is tiny and I could not get this over her head. I was baffled. Since it was final sale, I had no choice but to cut the v neck opening in front. We used it on a recent winter vacation, however, I doubt it will make it to summer.

I bought this dress for my 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old. Both are normal sized girls… maybe even on the skinny side so I thought I was doing a good thing by going up a size. I bought a size 4 and a 2 Both of the dresses are pilling. This seems odd being that they are made of terry. I just expected them to perform the way a towel would... The size 4 dress's drawstring is lost in the middle of the dress being that they made it so small so I can't get it out anymore. now this one just has two holes with some mesh sticking out of the holes but no strings The size 2 dress had a head opening that was so tiny that my daughter ripped the dress when putting it on. now the front v has a rip in it. For the price you pay for these items the quality is not there. THey are precious dresses and it really bums me out as I had planned on them wearing them a lot but now they just look sloppy.

Usual excellent quality J. Crew item. However, head opening way too small for my average size 5 yr. old granddaughter. Overall size was perfect fit, but unable to pull over head. Returned item.
