Girls' ruffle-trimmed cardigan sweater

I have been buying from Jcrew for myself and my kids for many years. However, the crewcut line for kids is getting worse and worse. I bought this navy cardigan for my 7 year old daughter. After wearing it for less than 5 times, there were big holes around the neck area. This is not the first time I'm having issues with crewcut clothes. And the customer service is arrogant. Yes, it passed 30 days for return. But with such poor quality, I would expect Jcrew to do something. Will never buy anything from crewcut and advise others be cautious about the deteriorating quality of the crewcut.

My daughter loves her new sweater! It’s warm without being too thick, and soft as well!! Great purchase.

I purchased this sweater for my one and four-year-old granddaughters. It fits perfectly and spruces up any outfit!
