Great Suit, Poor Quality Control
2 weeks agoIm very disappointed that holes have resulted from the label that is sewn onto the sleeve. Because i buy many suits i have a special tool used to remove the label without damaging the suit sleeve. After removing the label what ensues are four small holes where the label once existed. I wish that the suit label can be attached in a circumspective way.

Poor Shipping
March 11, 2026I received the suit in an extremely poor condition. It was so tightly packed in a plastic bag, that they managed to jam it in my mail box! Consequently, the suit and pants are wrinkled beyond recognition, and even some buttons have come loose. I have never received a suit from J Crew or, any other retailer, in a plastic bag. They're always shipped in a box, as they should.
