My Favorite Polo
December 18, 2021I ordered this shirt in 3 different colors and love it! Just two comments and this is only my opinion. First, I would size up as it runs a bit on the smaller side. Second, the faded black is fine but I hope they offer it in a traditional black color soon.

Abysmal quality
December 14, 2021Ordered two of these shirts, same size, 3 months ago. One has shrunk (after just a few washes) to the point of being unwearable. The other is already having buttons fall off of it. These products are clearly defective. I reached out to customer support to try and exchange, apparently JCrew only honors defective product exchanges within 30 days. What a disappointment

Sizing ridiculously off
September 27, 2021Ordered an XL and the shirt couldn’t even come close to fitting my shoulders. The sleeves fit like a 3/4 sleeve on my arms. Horrible quality control to say the least.
