Bowery Slim-fit dress pant in oxford cotton

The pants overall are nice, but as I've begun to learn, J. Crew very obviously manipulates the colors of their material in photoshop, often using the same base photo for 5 different colors. This results in beautiful, rich colors on the screen, and desaturated bland colors in person. The seagull grey here looks light and almost tinted blue, but the pants delivered are very much a boring lifeless grey with an obvious denim-like texture. The color is a little off in my photos too, but it's somewhere in-between the 2 pictures I provided. If they weren't a final sale item, they would already be in the mail. Beware.
