Ludlow Slim-fit suit pant in English wool-cotton

Once again, another superb quality product from Yorkshire's Abraham Moon Textiles. If you like British fabrics you will love these pants and the matching jacket. The fabric itself is a combination of wool (55%) and cotton (45%), which is ideal for Autumn or Spring, not that much for Winter. I don't fully agree with other feedback providers when they say that the color is not khaki. It is true that one of the photographs (the fifth one to be precise) is color misleading, but not the first four photographs. Perhaps these customers are confusing British khaki with actual khaki? Anyway, the pants use the traditional khaki color in the fabric pattern. The slim fit is nice, too. Personally, I cannot give less than 5 stars to these fabulous British pants.

I bought this suit as the khaki color really stood out to me but once I received it it wasn’t khaki at all in any lighting. I did a review on the jacket and stated it does change colors in different lighting but couldn’t replicate the khaki color. I initially wanted to keep it but already have Grey suits so sent this one back.

The pants are nice, great quality. The color is very different from the pictured item. More like a dark olive than a khaki. Definitely worth keeping, but I’ll find something else to wear with them than what I had planned.
