Donegal wool cable-knit zip-up sweater with Italian suede

This thing is amazing. Super thick and substantial-feeling. The suede yoke really adds to the structural integrity of the thing. Makes it more like a jacket, as the description notes. Just a beautiful piece of 100% wool knitwear. The cables aren’t so fancy and I find myself futzing with the zipper a bit much, but I hope I’ll get more accustomed to it eventually. Really glad I got one of these. XL fits well on my 6’1” frame, about 220lbs, though I mostly wear XXL in J. Crew button down shirts and a 44L coat size.

Great quality, great fit, and so warm. So many different ways to style this, both casual and more dressed up. I would say the fit is fairly true to size. I did however size up to layer comfortably.
