Washable merino wool turtleneck sweater

I'm a longtime J. Crew customer but I normally shop their Women's line, and this is my first time ordering an item from their Men's line for myself. It fits nicely and true to size according to the men's size chart. I'm very pleased with it apart from the fact that it's obviously a return because it smells strongly of men's cologne. (The cologne actually smells really nice so I'm not too bothered!) Other than that the sweater is great - I love the new merino wool sweaters they've been rolling out. They're classic, comfortable, and versatile, and serve as easy layering pieces that you can dress up or down. I hope J. Crew will continue to make them in a range of colours!

These merino wool turtlenecks are soft and warm...good quality too because they do not itch, they wash easily, and stay looking nice after washing. I wear a jc tee underneath the sweater and pair it up with jeans, cords, or jc plaid camp pants. This sweater is so right it’s a staple of my Covid loungewear. The fit is excellent, not too skinny not too flabby. Sleeve length and body length perfect. I’m 6ft and fit and symmetrically built and wear a medium. I own three of these, all bought on sale. Can’t beat it for quality and price.

Sweater was not cheap and the fabric pilled up after the first time wearing it definitely not worth the money!
