Blundstone® 500 boots

Since I acquired these boots I've been extremely pleased. I'm very known for my love of style and quality and this boot hits both marks. I can wear them with just about any casual outfit and they fit in perfectly. It's true they run big, mine were 1/2 a size too big. I wish jcrew would carry more of the color combos that the line has though.

I kept eyeing these boots. I’m typically not a huge winter boot type-of-guy, however after purchasing these, I was so happy how they turned out. The sole is thick and chunky with gives traction in the winter. (I live in snowy Syracuse, so a boot with traction is important.) Once wearing, I have gotten so many compliments. I wear mine mainly with a rolled 770 pant and a flannel or chamois shirt. The boots allow for much combination.

Be prepared to adjust size with inserts. They do run slightly large. Also, because they are slip-ons AND boots they will fit differently that lace-up shoes. Some versions are shipped with inserts to adjust fit. Apparently J. Crew models do not but I had some in an old pair of shoes that worked perfectly.
