Right shoe squeaks loudly
July 3, 2026I a bought a pair and the right shoe makes a loud squeaking sound when I walk. It’s embarrassing walking down the corridor at work. I’ve worn them several times hoping they will break in and the squeaking will stop. Unfortunately, the squeaking sound seems to be getting worse. This is very bad. I’ve purchased derby shoes from J.Crew before and not had this problem. J.Crew, what do I do?
