November 21, 2024I was so excited for this to FINALLY go on sale, only to discover upon opening the plastic mailer that I was sent the walnut brown leather and suede bag--which looks incredibly cheap and I suppose is why it's been marked down for so long--instead of the beautiful pebbled portabella bag I ordered. The numbers on the tag don't even match the printed invoice. And, of course, now it's sold out. (Makes me wonder if I was sent this hoping I wouldn't notice? If that's the case, a simple "so sorry, we're out!" email would have sufficed, y'all.) Can't say I'm comfortable ordering handbags from JCrew going forward... very disappointed.
