January 11, 2026I love this bag! I bought the inky burgundy and it is PERFECTION! Perfect smaller bag when you don't need a ton on you. The quality is great, color is perfect for a few different seasons. I took one star off because it didn't come with the longer crossbody strap (or a dustbag!). J.Crew customer support was great though. They offered to have me return or exchange it. I would have, but this color was sold out and the other options were suede when I wanted leather. They offered to give me a discount if I chose to keep the bag, so I went that route. Sure enough, the bag has been sold out for a few weeks. If it comes back in stock, GET IT!
