KAYU^® Lou clutch

I am super disappointed! I ordered this clutch in Natural and was not pleased with the quality (edges didn’t match up) nor the size (a bit too big for me). I immediately contacted J.Crew about retuning and they told me that I had to go directly to Kayu for the return, which I did. I followed their instructions and used their shipping label to return the clutch within days of receiving. I waited patiently for two months and no refund. I contacted them again in June and they replied that they confirmed receipt of the bag and will issue a refund. Two billing cycles have since passed for my card and I still have no refund. Now I’m out of a clutch and out of the money. I would not recommend buying items in the j.Crew Marketplace.
