Oversized cashmere wrap in stripe

I got the navy blue and white combination. Whish I could return it, I love cashmere and wear a lot of navy blues and white so I decided to add this to my wardrobe. I love most JCREW items but I’m not in love with this one. It looks like a blanket, the cashmere is thin and the way the stripes overlap when you wear it looks very oddly on the body, doesn’t accent any thing, just looks odd. It’ll be a good wrap to wear on airplane trips and maybe the beach on cool days but other than that I don’t see myself wearing it out. It doesn’t have the “wow” factor for me. But I do wish I bought the Camel color instead as the color combinations are softer and maybe more attractive. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but when you can’t return the items I feel it may help someone make the decision to either buy it or skip it. I’d skip this one. Classic, fun and lovely cashmere. A three season classic.

I own several solid-colored J. Crew cashmere wraps, and when I saw the striped ones on sale, I bought the navy/white one. I debated whether I needed another wrap or not, but I am glad I purchased this one. The striped pattern is perfect for spring and summer and looks cute with white jeans. This wrap is just as soft and cozy as the solid shades, and I am certain I will be wearing it often in the coming months.

Warning: wearing this cozy wrap scarf is habit-forming! I've found myself reaching for this layer non-stop, both indoors and outdoors, from sledding to walking to work to lounging on the sofa. The quality on this cashmere wrap is superb.

It’s light but comphie, the color is beautiful , I wasn’t sure how the blocking would look but it’s really nice
