Disappointed!
June 4, 2026Loved these sandals initially but yesterday I went to wear them and the buckle completely fell apart. The bottom of the shoe is incredibly slippery to the point where I’ve almost fell multiple times

Cute shoe but unsafe bottoms
November 9, 2025Besides being heavy and clunky, these shoes are dangerously slippery. I don't know why the upper bottom is half covered with what looks like a sprayed on coating. When I take a step, my foot slides forward. I thought it was just me at first, ha! However, I immediately turned the shoes over and was surprised to see the shoe bottom divided into two sections, the bottom half with the normal rubbery grip which is safe and secure for walking, but the top portion has a seperate coating over it. Not sure what the purpose is? The shoe is already heavy, stiff and rather clunky, but to be slippery as well, is too unsafe. I need to return them but they are final sale. To me, the slippy coating is a dangerous flaw. I love the summery straw look however, and hope the shoe is redesigned for next spring/summer.
