Collection lady bomber jacket in cotton-blend bouclé

I purchased this jacket in both colors in a size 8, which is my normal J Crew shirt and blazer size. I found it true to size, though it is roomier than a typical lady jacket due to the bomber styling. I selected this jacket for the cropped length and the bomber styling - a cool version of the typical lady jacket! I almost wish the jacket had elastic cuffs to match the design in the back and lean more into the bomber style, but not including them makes this jacket appropriate for work, which is nice. Perfect with high-waisted jeans. The pink color is vivid and gorgeous - appears just like the picture. I also had to get the classic black. Love the fabrication and they are nicely lined. I see myself wearing both of these jackets frequently. Great job J Crew!!

I usually gravitate to neutral colors but the pink pleasantly surprised me. It was gorgeous over my very basic outfit (black tee, light wash jeans), made it feminine but also edgy. Im usually a size 4 in tops, 32D…size 4 and 6 both fit me well, but ended up going with a 4 as I don’t plan to layer over anything bulky and it looked great buttoned closed.

Love it, but I am swimming in it! I always wear a size 6, and a small. This size 6 is like a size 10. It was final sale. The pink blouse I bought, to go with the jacket, in a size 6, is also like a size 10. Also final sale. What’s up with the sizing? You lose some, you win some.
