Meh...
July 9, 2025This one is a but of a miss for me. I bought it on Final sale so I'm not too upset about the price but I can't exchange for a different size... I ordered a 22, I'm a little unclear what size to order sometimes at JCrew. But this was too large on me, a 5'5" 240 lbs female. The second issue is the linen exterior is not very fine so it actually scratches at the insides of my arms as I move. I'm not sure I will ever wear it. But for now its just in the closet, who knows.

Almost perfect
August 29, 2024Gorgeous fit and nice weight to it. Yes, it would have been preferable if it didn’t have a polyester lining but I do appreciate that it’s lined, it helps with the structure. I sized down from a 6 in dress shirts to a 2 for a perfect fit. Without the restriction of shoulders, I’d be a 4 or Small.

Another timeless classic from J. Crew!
August 25, 2024I have had my eye on this for some time but waited for a more manageable price. This one is definitely on the spendy side. However, I finally got it and really love the classic, sophisticated piece that it is. It's pretty timeless and very good quality, so I anticipate getting a lot of use out of it. Beautiful fabric and drape. Runs just a touch snuggly, so I went up to a 10 from my usual size 8.
