Chateau parka in buffalo check Italian stadium-cloth wool

This coat is stunning! The green and black are striking. The wool is substantial and warm. The lining makes the coat feel so luxe. I love this coat! It fits TTS but you could also size down one for a snugger fit. I ordered my usual size and still have room beneath for layers, yet it doesn't look bulky. I also love the hood. It's the perfect coat! (And I read that Megan Markle has a Chateau Parka in another color, so what more do you need?)

Love love love this jacket! The color is stunning. It’s even cuter on that I’d imagined. The fit is perfect. I’m 5’4, 125lbs and got a size 2. The fabric quality is high end. And the fuzzy hood is perfect. Never thought I’d root for super cold temps in California, but I seriously cannot wait to wear this!

This coat is not the same quality as Chateau Parkas of the past. The zipper is sharper and isn't a two way zipper anymore, and the cut/fit is tighter across the shoulders than my other Chateau. The fabric also feels cheaper and the coat has lots of threads poking out of seams, etc. The color and check pattern are great, but this coat is just not as good as a few years ago, and combined with the tighter cut and fit in the shoulders, it's going back.

I love the green check fabric and receive many compliments each time I wear this! It is a warm coat without being bulky.

I only wear Jcrew winter coats and have been since highschool. They are always bold and fun. I get so many complain this coat. I took my normal size 16 I bred room in the arms and chest. I’m a triple D and size 16 fits perfect even with sweaters.
