Cute cropped swacket
January 4, 2022Although this is billed as a jacket, it feels more cropped cardiganish. It runs a full size smaller, thus sized up. I won't be able to wear anything but close fitting garment beneath it. Still love it, but fair warning! Size up! Simply made, no lining, unfinished hems.

Runs small, cheap looking buttons
December 31, 2021Nice quality fabric, fully lined pockets. Runs really small, cheap looking buttons. Average sweater.

Pretty color, cheap buttons
December 22, 2021Really pretty shade of red, but the buttons were popping off the jacket! Very cheap material was used and they will need to be reinforced. Also, calling this a jacket is a bit of a stretch-it’s more of a sweater. Definitely not worth paying full price. I have a lady jacket from a few years ago that was great quality, lined and had an impeccable fit…Go back to your old quality, J. crew.

Love this blazer!
November 20, 2021So I am a fan of the lady style in general at jcrew. This blazer is more of a cross between a blazer and cardigan in my opinion. It’s very slim and the material is thin but not cheap thin. I think it’s well made but if you’re looking for a thicker material or more of a classic blazer style this may surprise you when it arrives. I’m pretty straight and do not have a chest so I kept my usual size 2. But I can see if you are more busty or curvy you may want to go up a size. I purchased the black and I thinks it’s classic. I don’t think the buttons are cheap but I’m sure another reviewer will disagree. For me this works!
