Comically Small
October 11, 2022I purchased this dress in black in a size 10. For reference, I am 5'5", 150 lb, 36B, 30 waist. I typically wear a Large and size 10-12 in J. Crew. This unfortunate final sale piece was one to two sizes too small and I was unable to even zip it up all the way. The quality of the fabric and eyelet design were acceptable at the sale price.

Small chest
September 13, 2022Is a beautiful eyelet material, the bodice fits but the halter neck tie is tiny and can cut off easily, the chest is too small for ladies with big chest, unless you want to show half hanging

Fits weird
September 3, 2022This is true to size everywhere except it has a lot of extra fabric in the back and near the bra area. This is not really well suited for anyone who is on the thinner side of things. It’s adjustable to a certain extent around the waist and by the ties on the top but they’re only minorly adjustable. Basically the only way I’m going to be wearing this is underneath a cardigan or heavily modified. It’s really excellent quality though. The material is substantial and there are no loose seams. Especially at the sale price it’s a steal, you just have to hope it fits your body type. Lastly it wasn’t that short despite being mini.

Another perfect J Crew Eyelet Dress!!
July 14, 2022I have bought at least one eyelet dress from J Crew each summer for the last several years. Their eyelet material is FABULOUS! It’s always heavyweight and beautiful. This dress is so cute yet funky! I got the black and it’s adorable! I am pretty much an 8 in all things, but I always size down to a 6 in J Crew dresses. This one fit perfectly snug without being too tight.
