Perfect one and done dress!
March 10, 2024Soft supple faux leather in a slimming cut, love everything about this dress. The self belt looks great but you could also trade it out for a different look. Fits true to size for me and is a great age appropriate length without looking dowdy.

looks like leather!
January 11, 2024This dress looks like real leather! I would usually order a XXS but went with the XS hoping for more length. It is on the border of too short for me, Im 5'4" 98lbs and at an age where I don't like to wear anything too high above my knees. I was worried because J Crew has been doing a lot of really short dresses lately, the length on the model would definitely be too short for me but its only a few inches above my knees which is fine with flats or kitten heels. It is big in the waist for me but fine once I tie the belt. I love the wide tie, makes a cute bow. I also tried it with my stripe Gucci belt and it looks amazing! I also love the length of the sleeves, I hate when they are really short and these are great. It's a steal on sale right now.

Maybe my favorite dress now
December 25, 2023This wouldn’t be my typical pick, but I was lured in by the other reviews haha. They’re so right! This is such a versatile dress and comfortable too. I’m a medium in most JC tops and between a 4-6 in everything else. The small fit great, even across the bust (36B-C), which kinda surprised me. I’d say it runs ever so slightly bigger than norm but not much.

December 23, 2023I love this dress! I am so glad I bought it in my normal size, and XXS. The XS would have been too big. I'm 5'1", 32AA-24-33, and I have a short torso and long legs. I weigh about 95 LBS. The dress falls above my knees and it is perfect for work, church, going out with friends. This dress can be dressed up or down. The faux leather is a lighter weight, not too heavy, and the inner lining feels buttery smooth. The sash falls perfectly to where my waist is which is great, and I love the deep black that the dress comes in. Don't sleep on this, especially since it's on sale right now! I was able to snag it for 70% off. Thanks J. CREW!
