Cashmere turtleneck sweater-dress

This dress is incredible. I bought it both in Heather Birch and Black in XXL. The cashmere is incredibly soft and perfect in the fabulous ribbed knit. I was never much for turtlenecks until recent times and I love the neck on this dress. The dress is figure skimming without being tight, very flattering for me as woman with curves. I have an amazing Navajo concho belt that looks particularly fabulous on the black. All you need for this dress to launch it into stratosphere of fashion fabulousness is a great pair of boots, some fabulous earrings, a longer length statement necklace and it is ready for any festive occasion. I am short so it was a true midi style on me which I like a lot. I rank this JCrew purchase as one of the best I have ever made and I have made a lot!

I love a great dress and I definitely love cashmere, what a combination! The weight of the material in my opinion is perfect, not too heavy or too thin. It’s so hard to find a dress for winter that is not only warm but that is a classic piece to add to the wardrobe. I purchased both colors. I also was concerned about the Heather Birch color not matching any of my brown boots that I have and as it turns out a JCrew suede pair matched perfectly. This is definitely one of my best purchases from JCrew in a long time.

I love this dress as it is the perfect winter basic. You can dress it up with a beautiful ruana or pair it with heeled combat boots. The dress is soft and comfortable. I wear it with a slip and no itching. I purchased the Large my usual size and the fit is perfect.
