gorgeous, but very tight across the chest!
July 24, 2025Beautiful dress either way gorgeous fabric! But too tight across the chest :-( I am usually a size 6 or Small in JCrew dresses -36DD in JCrew bikini tops) , I bought this dress in size 8, and still too small across the chest. But a size 10 would have been huge for me all over!

Beautiful but size up
July 21, 2025If you have a chest size up at least 2 sizes. The dress is gorgeous but not at all generous in the chest dept unless you are going for that vibe.

June 24, 2025Love the dress but if you are curvy you should order a size larger due the straight line fit. Purchased on sale so cannot return for a larger size. Will have to wear a shaper underneath...

June 14, 2025I have bought this dress and just received it, it is perfect for me, the colour suits my skin perfectly and the quality is so very good… just wearing it makes you feel amazingly special . I love it!

June 14, 2025This dress appears differently to me in person than online. It does fit me well, I ordered my usual jcrew dress size 2(127lbs,5'6" 34b) It has zero stretch so I can see how It could be a tricky fit ,especially in bust area if you are curvy(at almost 60 my girls are a bit deflated). I found the overlay to be unexpectedly shiny and the dress more rust colored than the brown as it appears on my computer screen. Also the "stems"on the flowers are a light lavender /pink. Not that unusual color pairings are bad but just different than I was expecting.

Lovely Embroidered Dress
May 29, 2025As soon as I saw this dress I coveted it. I think the dress is lovely. My size was not available so I bought it in a larger size and hope it would fit me. It fits me BIG. I am going to take to my tailor and ask him to fix it for me. For me, I think that I should have gone down a size. The dress is very light weigh but not see through and the embroidery is lovely. Now I just need to find an occasion to wear it.
