Limited-edition halter-tie dress in Lurex^® metallic threads chiffon

Fell in love with it. Bought it final sale and it absolutely doesn’t fit.

There is a weird " pouch" in the mid section. A boning should have been added to keep the upper body section up.

The dress is beautiful true to size. I received a ton of compliments wearing it. My however is this. The material is itchy around the waist. The other issue is, between the waist and the chest area, there is a part of the dress that does not sit right. It literally looks like there is a bulge of “fat” where it shouldn’t be. Other than that, the dress is a winner. It is not may favorite dress of Jcrew, and I will wear it again in a pinch, however, I’m not sure how to fix that middle “puff” of material.
