March 31, 2024Linen is definitely my fave material for summer time. For city stroll or travel time. Breathable material and cool . Over time material becaming softer and even more confortatbe to wear. Another classic for me. More colors always welcome.

The overwhelming disappointment
August 16, 2023Puzzled at the positive reviews. There are a number of things wrong with this. I ordered both an XXS and XS, which fit wildly different. The dress seems to run tighter in the shoulders and chest, but misshapenly baggy waist down. The cut and quality were off and uneven on both sizes. There is a lining barely sewn on the inside that felt ill placed. This dress had such potential. I can’t figure out what body type it would look flattering on. I don’t understand why J.Crew pieces have become so poor and inconsistent. It’s disappointing to not be able to rely on a brand that used to always hit the mark.

Black linen shift dress
August 10, 2023This is a great classic staple for your wardrobe. The cotton lining is a plus. PLEASE offer this dress in other colors, a neutral flax would be great!
