Silk velvet halter slip dress

I admittedly have a bias for deep shades of blue but this one is especially gorgeous. The dress is beautifully constructed, has a very flattering drape over the body, and is so comfortable to wear. Even better, I didn’t realize when I made the purchase that the straps in the back are adjustable which I was thrilled to discover because I made the micro adjustments so it hung exactly how I wanted. Just thrilled to have a piece I feel so confident and comfortable wearing when I want to dress for an event.

I love this dress, true to size, flowy and beautiful navy color.

This dress, along with a silk one in a similar color, caused intense contact dermatitis upon try on. Guessing it is something in the dye of the lining, or the flame retardants they use in transport. Leaving a review for other sensitive skin purchasers. Absolutely gorgeous, perfect, cut and drape. Please make similar, with safer fabrics, with less chemical treatments.
