Gorgeous, don't worry about being too large
July 2, 2021Love this dress!! The print, the skirt lining, the smocking, the pockets, the ability to wear two ways (up or off-shoulder)...can't go wrong. TrueFit recommended size small for me (126 lbs, 5'5, 36B), but I chose size Medium anyway because it's 100% cotton (will shrink), and other reviewers mentioned it ran short. I'm actually very glad that I bought in my larger size -- sometimes I size up to Medium in J.Crew cotton shirts or shorts for post-wash fit/comfort. My larger size in this dress is actually not that large, and the pre-wash length is good. I wouldn't worry about sizing down here given how this style falls in general. In fact, if you're between two sizes, I personally would go with your larger size to account for shrinking. But it's a definite style buy if you can find in your size!!

June 25, 2021Wore this to a BBQ party. So many compliments. I’m 5’2” I usually wear petite but got this in regular small. Hit above knee. Great print and comfy. Nice fabric.
